Survivors of Substance Abuse (S.O.S.A) Programs

SOSA offers services that are 9 months up to a year of residential living and transitional programing. These services teach men to be survivors of substance abuse and to reenter society being productive citizens. S.O.S.A. program participants learn to be the men God created them to be. Each individual is assessed and evaluated in order to design an individual plan to meet their needs. Participants are provided with evidence-based strategies to improve their thoughts and behaviors in relation to alcohol and substance abuse. Each participant receives access to medical and mental health care services. Multiple services and classes are provided in the home as well as linkage to additional community resources. All resources are provided with the design of helping each participant in reaching their goals.  Living successfully as a survivor of substance abuse.
